During periods of high demand, processing times may extend slightly.
Customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details once orders are dispatched.

Delivery timelines may vary based on courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or regional serviceability.
3. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across most serviceable pin codes within India.
In cases where delivery is not possible, customers will be informed and refunded accordingly.
4. Packaging & Freshness
Nutrique products are packed in freshness-sealed packaging designed to preserve quality during transit and storage.
Customers are advised to:
- Store products in a cool, dry place
- Avoid direct sunlight and excessive humidity
- Consume products within the recommended period after opening
5. Delayed or Failed Deliveries
Nutrique is not liable for delays caused by:
- Incorrect shipping information
- Courier disruptions
- Natural events or force majeure situations
- Customer unavailability during delivery attempts
Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in order cancellation.
6. Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- Images of damaged packaging/product
- Description of the issue
Eligible cases may qualify for replacement or refund review.
7. Return & Refund Eligibility
Due to the consumable nature of our products, opened food items are generally not eligible for return.
Refunds or replacements may be considered only in cases involving:
